The Division of Child Care is Colorado's lead agency in planning and implementing public policy on child care issues. The Division also inspects, licenses, and monitors approximately 10,000 child care facilities in Colorado, manages the child care assistance programs (CCCAP) for low-income families, and is the lead agency in implementing federal child care programs.


Daniels FundDaniels Fund

Founded in the year 2000 through the generous legacy of cable entrepreneur Bill Daniels, the Daniels Fund works to provide a better life and greater opportunities to communities and individuals in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming. The Fund has launched the Daniels College Prep and Scholarship Program and the Daniels Fund Grants Program in Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming. Programs will launch in Utah in 2002.
