Description:Classrooms preparing children for the 21st century are complex. Each day teachers engage in hundreds of interactions that affect each child's academic and social/emotional learning. This workshop provides an overview of the teaching practices considered to be effective for maximizing each child's academic and social/emotional learning as measured by the CLASS™ tool. Participants also have an opportunity to explore areas for their own professional growth that may be identified based on information the tool can provide.
