Paying For Your Quality Assessment
Currently, Colorado Shines offers complimentary quality assessments to early childhood care and education providers. Educators interested in one of Qualistar’s other ratings have several funding options available.
Licensed child care centers, preschools and family child care homes that serve at least one Denver child in their year before kindergarten are eligible to participate in the Denver Preschool Program (DPP). The Denver Preschool Program also provides funding for coaching, professional development and classroom materials for licensed programs located within Denver County.
The Temple Hoyne Buell Foundation is a philanthropic organization supporting the positive development of children through grants and partnerships with other sectors of our community. The Foundation will focus primarily on the state of Colorado and concentrate its grant making on programs that benefit children.
Rose Community Foundation helps make the Greater Denver community a more vibrant and healthy place to live. The Foundation concentrates resources on five key program areas: Aging, Child and Family Development, Education, Health and Jewish Life.
