Qualistar Early Learning is the child care resource and referral network for the state of Colorado. The network consists of 17 agencies throughout the state that assist parents, child care providers, and their local communities.

Referral Listing
Each CCR&R maintains a database of licensed providers in their region. Parents can search this database online, and it is used during phone and email referrals. To be added to this list, or update your referral listing, contact your local CCR&R using the search engine below.
Information about the Qualistar Rating
Each CCR&R offers classes and technical assistance around the Qualistar Rating, including Orientation to the Rating and Getting Ready for Ratings.
Providers interested in signing up to participate in the Qualistar Rating should contact their local CCR&R.
Grants
Annual grants may be available for capital improvements, professional development, quality improvements, or the Qualistar Rating. Grant availability will vary between agencies, so be sure to contact your local CCR&R.
Child Care Licensing
CCR&R’s are able to answer questions, as well as offer advice and assistance to new providers looking to begin their own child care business. To find pre-licensing trainings in your area, contact your local CCR&R.
Technical Assistance
CCR&R’s provide ongoing technical assistance and resources to child care professionals. Areas of assistance may include, quality improvement plans, infant and toddler training, along with a variety of other child care topics and specific program concerns.
Professional Development
Locate workshops, conferences, and other educational opportunities through your local CCR&R.
Medication Administration Training
All licensed child care providers in the state are required to have training in medication administration. Your local CCR&R will be able to help you locate a Medication Administration Trainer.
