Description:Want to switch gears to a more positive, focused classroom? Come join us for 2 days of idea-packed training sponsored by the Early Childhood Partnership of Adams County (ECPAC)! You will learn: How to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues What purpose challenging behaviors serve How the classroom environment impacts children How to promote positive behaviors How to set classroom rules and manage schedules, routines, and transitions.
