| Description & Skills | *Must meet May 2010 Group Leader qualifications *Minimum 2 years (3,640 verified hours) experience, plus 3 courses from a regionally accredited college or university with 1 course being Introduction to Early Childhood Education (ECE 101) ’C’ or better *First Aid *CPR Description & Skills *Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice, flexible – comfortable working with various age groups, knowledge of guidance strategies, the ability to work cooperatively with others |
