Working Through the Quality Improvement Process - A Team Approach*

This training is intended to help you and your lead teachers gain the knowledge you will need to be able to continue on your quality improvement journey, with or without the services of a quality improvement coach. This training provides an introduction to the tools and strategies required for coaching early childhood providers in quality improvement goal setting and implementation of action plans. Participants will:

• Identify effective coaching strategies for working with teaching professionals
• Expand the participants’ coaching tool kits and practice learning focused coaching techniques
• Receive a certificate of completion for 6 clock hours of training in Administration and Supervision

*ALL PARTICIPANTS will receive a certificate of completion for six clock hours of training and all programs will receive $80 per day to help cover the cost of substitutes.

*This free training is for School Readiness Programs ONLY who have had a 2-, 3-, or 4- Star Qualistar Rating™ for two consecutive Ratings.
